Since day one BRAZOOKA KITCHEN made a name for itself as a leading Brazilian Food Truck that provides quick and delicious food on-the-go in Jersey Shore Area. Since we served our first meal we aspired to always deliver a truly unique and memorable experience from start to finish because we believe in the simple pleasures of life: Great food, good friends and awesome times!

Founded on Family Values
I'm a family and self taught cook. I loved to stay in the kitchen with my mother and watch her cook, so I learned along the way cooking dishes from different cultures and nationalities.
A Little Taste of Brazil
My wife was born in Brazil and when she moved here, she truly missed Brazilian food. So, I decided to research and find authentic Brazilian recipes. Every dish was a trip down memory lane for her. She was happy and excited that I brought Brazil's flavors to her here in the US.
Authentic Recipes Reimagined
One day, it dawned on me. There aren't many Brazilian eateries in the US and the food is so delicious. Why not bring these flavors to more people?
So here I am, going from one town to the another serving authentic Brazilian comfort / street food to you!
